![]() If you have a way around this, like the luck manipulation you mentioned, I would really like to know, since the only way to win for the last three fights properly is to be SUPER lucky. Acid Trap Hole will make your THTD useless and Widespread Ruin will easily kill off your MBD. Also, nearing the end of the game everyone has an Acid Trap Hole or Widespread Ruin. I don't think you can win Black Skull Dragon from Heishin 2 (at least I never did in the 300+ times I killed him). You can beat Heishin 1 for MBD as well, but it's a waste of time imo.Īs far as I know, the strongest attainable single card in the game is only Meteor Black Dragon. Both the Meteor Black Dragon and Meteor Dragon can be most easily won from the Meadow Mage (the shitty one, not the fat one with the overpowered Gate Guardian). As far as I know, Tyhone #2 is not accessible to players in any way, which leaves you to win both Red-Eyes Black Dragon and Meteor Dragon. Blackland Fire Dragon is easy enough to make (dragon+shadow/dark) but Tyhone#2 also can not be made from anything. The Red-Eyes Black Dragon can ONLY be made from Blackland Fire Dragon+Tyhone#2. The Meteor Dragon can NOT be made out of other cards. The next problem I have with a speedrun is the generation of Meteor Black Dragon. I imagine the general strat would be for example dragon+(metal, plant, or stone), and win with that unless you happen to have an additional Thunder in your hand to create the THTD. I'm suggesting this part simply because the beginning few segments don't really require you to make anything stronger than a creature with 2100 ATK points. While the THTD can be made from any dragon with over 1600 ATK and any Thunder type card, I think for the earliest part of the game, it might also be good to have some plant or stone cards for the early game segment since the Black Dragon Jungle King (BDJK) or stone dragon can also be created quite easily, and then can be transformed into THTD. Like you pointed out, Two-Headed Thunder Dragon (THTD) and Meteor Black Dragon (MBD) are the more useful, and attainable cards before the final segment. ![]() I played this game to death when it first came out, but I'm just wondering, how do you plan on beating Heishin 2, and more importantly, Seto 3, Dark Nite and Nitemare? The rest of the game is pretty easy. start game- starting deck needs a way to make twin headed thunder dragon, dragon treasure or other equip card that can power up twin headed thunder dragon or meteor black dragon. I already have a multi segment run in mind. Thread title: I know I have made a few board regarding different games but I want to keep my options open, and was wondering if any body else thinks this game could be speed ran. black skull dragon from hiesen 2 which would be helpful possible cards would be dark magician from the low mountain mage and PUGM from high forest mage,Īlso there is cards from duelists within the dark shrine, e.g. Segment 6 enter dark shrine and complete the gameĮDIT 1: may split up the mages up and force luck manipulation to get good cards. Segment 5 collect all the millennium items starting with death the meadow mage (this will be personal preference due to gate guardian having 4250 attack due to to automatic field spell) Segment 4 beat kiaba and progress storyline, defeat tae2/jono2 and get meteor black dragon from jono 2. Segment 3 progress through the tournament and and segment before kiaba Segment 2 lose to simon and duel heisen (Sp?) obviously lose to progress the story line. ![]() ![]() ![]() I know I have made a few board regarding different games but I want to keep my options open, and was wondering if any body else thinks this game could be speed ran. ![]()
